These are the stunning views from Manchester's tallest private dining room.
Newly-opened as part of the Circle Square development on Oxford Road, 'The Astronomer' is on the 35th floor and offers 300 degree views across the city.
Developer Vita Living hopes it will prove to be the go-to venue for those seeking a unique party spot.
The private terrace looks out from 360ft high and wine fridges and double hobs are provided to allow for external caterers.

But any shindig will have to be an intimate affair.
The Astronomer seats ten people for dining, four at the bar, four around the kitchen island and six people in the lounge.

It comes as the Circle Square development moves into its final stage.
The £250m build-to-rent project on the former site of the BBC was backed by the Greater Manchester Pension Fund.

It includes 683 apartments across 37 and 17-storey buildings, with facilities including shared lounge areas, co-working spaces, gyms and private entertaining spaces.
Apartments are at the top end of the market, with one beds starting at £1,120 a month.
But Vita says since being launched in January 2021, Vita Living East 'nears full occupancy, with only a handful of the 266 apartments available'.

It has also been announced that Symphony Park, a new city centre green space open to the public and visitors, is complete.
Vita says the space 'will form the backdrop to the city’s best cultural events celebrating everything Manchester has to offer and will soon start to welcome artisan markets, live performances, and activations.'

Boutique fitness studio TRIB3 has also now to officially opened its doors to the public, alongside a range of retail and leisure brands such as Canvas and Hello Oriental all heading into their final stages of fit out ready to open.
They join Circle Square’s thriving urban village of quirky independent retailers at Hatch, which has been bustling since it first opened in 2017 and now welcomes over 55,000 visitors each month.

Completing the development, Vita Student with its 1,100 luxury student apartments, are fully let for the 2021/2022 academic year confirming Circle Squares prowess as Manchester’s go-to city centre destination."

Vita Group’s Mark Stott said: “The sheer sense of occasion really hits you when you arrive at Circle Square now that park is open, and work draws to a close.
"Symphony Park, Manchester’s first public park to open in decades creates a harmonic escape from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Road.
“Vita Living North completes the puzzle, boasting some of the very best luxury apartments in the city with unbeatable views."

"The scale of investment which has gone into Manchester’s Circle Square is something which hasn’t been delivered in a city outside of London and Vita Living North apartments offer the very best in terms of place, amenities, and location.
"As such, we’re expecting unprecedented demand as these apartments launch to market for the first time.”
