Dimitar Berbatov makes Man Utd vs Watford prediction plus Arsenal vs Everton

Manchester United have been backed to keep up the heat on Chelsea in the race for the Premier League top four.

The Red Devils beat the Blues on Monday to put Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side back in the hunt for a Champions League spot.

Chelsea restored their six-point lead over United with a vital victory against fellow top four hopefuls Tottenham on Saturday.

However, Dimitar Berbatov believes Solskjaer's men will be back in the mix and is predicting a 2-0 win over Watford on Sunday.

The Betfair ambassador told the Metro: "They can take a lot of confidence from the way they played against Chelsea, they have to put to bed the draw against Brugges because now they need to focus on the race for the top four.

"Their new players are integrating into the team nicely, and they have a big opportunity to put on a strong performance in front of the home crowd at Old Trafford – they need to win it, otherwise it makes Monday’s win pointless."

Elsewhere, Arsenal can leapfrog Everton in the table with victory over the Toffees at the Emirates, and Mikel Arteta's men have been tipped to edge a five-goal thriller.

"Arsenal continue to get better and better under Arteta, the way they play, their confidence, their play with the ball on the ground and passing," Berbatov added.

"They really turned on the style against Newcastle and I can see them continuing this against Everton.

"Although, it has to be said, Everton have turned a corner under Ancelotti and are looking a lot better."
