Dillian Whyte's clash with Alexander Povetkin has been postponed after the Russian contracted Covid-19.
The heavyweights were due to clash on November 21, three months after Povetkin stunned the Londoner with a brutal KO.
But after Povetkin contracted coronavirus, the fight will now be targeted for January 30.
Promoter Eddie Hearn said: "Unfortunately we got the news today that Alexander Povetkin is in hospital after testing positive for Covid-19.
“Firstly we want to wish Povetkin a speedy recovery. This is a challenging time for shows; there will be lots of ups and downs over the next few months.
"The fight will now be rescheduled to a target date of Jan 30. An announcement on our Nov 21 show will be made shortly."
Whyte had accepted a fight against Povetkin despite knowing defeat would end his hopes of a world title shot early next year.
The 32-year-old was in line to face the winner of Tyson Fury's third fight with Deontay Wilder but his defeat by Povetkin ended those hopes.
Ironically, Fury has since walked away from the trilogy fight and will is instead set to take on Agit Kabayel at the Royal Albert Hall on December 5.
Despite suffering the heavy stoppage, Whyte was confident he would exact revenge in his second meeting with Povetkin.
He said: "As soon as I got out of the ring, I was looking for confirmation that the fight would be on. I can't wait to get back in the ring and get back what is rightfully mine. I'm looking to do what I said I would the first time and that's beat Alexander Povetkin.
"There won't be any major adjustments, but I just need to be more switched on and not get distracted. He was able to use his experience against me. I will be a lot more focused and sharper in the rematch. I'm coming to win and knock him out. I'm coming to even the score and the only way to do that is by knocking him out."
