Uber can live up to valuation like Facebook and IBM… the question is how

Scott McGlinchey, CEO of Exception said “We are extremely excited to be building a relationship with ServiceNow. Using ServiceNow technology can only bring additional benefits to our customers. It’s great to be working with a company who have been recognised as Forbes’ ‘Number 1 Most Innovative Company 2018’.”

ServiceNow is one of the emerging cloud service major hitters in the US. It was founded in 2004 by Fred Luddy who wanted to build a cloud-based platform that would enable people to work more effectively and automate manual jobs.

ServiceNow had revenue of $2.6 billion in 2018 and growth of 36%, and employs over 8,000 people.

Membership in the partner programmes authorises Exception to refer, receive training and provide implementation solutions to ServiceNow customers.  Their programme membership also entitles Exception access to ServiceNow tools and resources enabling the company to accelerate IT service automation engagements.

Exception is focused on delivering the NowPlatform to help digitally enable organisations across UK.

This new relationship with ServiceNow complements Exception’s core business bringing additional capability to their Digital services portfolio which already provides their customers with solutions for Agile Software Development, DevOps, Cloud Technologies and Programme & Assurance Services.
