This approach allows local authorities to protect their existing investment, whether it is SAP, Oracle or any off-the-shelf packages, without any additional expensive transition cost to a new package.
TCS has partnered with Cardiff county council as part of a 15-year ICT collaboration to improve the efficiency of its HR, payroll and training administration functions. TCS has provided the Internal Shared Services solution that has been driving efficiencies and reducing costs while enabling the council to transform its processes.
