'Different class' - Huddersfield fans rave over Arsenal loanee Emile Smith Rowe performances

Arsenal youngster Emile Smith Rowe is enjoying a successful time on loan at Championship side Huddersfield Town.

The 19-year-old signed for the Terriers until the end of the season during the January transfer window in a bid to get some valuable game time that will aid his development at the Emirates Stadium.

Smith-Rowe's start to the season at Arsenal was disrupted by injury, meaning that he was limited to just two Premier League appearances and three appearances in the Europa League for the Gunners.

He has been named in the starting lineup for the Championship club's last four league games, scoring and assisting his first goals for his new club in the 3-2 defeat against Fulham last weekend.

He has earned rave reviews for his performances at the John Smith's Stadium in his short time on loan so far, and was named in the starting lineup again for the club's Championship game vs Queens Park Rangers.

Goals from Elias Kachunga and Steven Mounie gave Smith Rowe's adopted team a 2-0 win over QPR, and although he wasn't on the scoresheet, the youngster still impressed onwatching Terriers fans who took to social media to give their reaction to his performance.

Although there were two fans who tried a different technique in order to try and get the youngster on a more permanent deal.

Smith-Rowe has made 12 first-team appearances for Arsenal, scoring three games and spent the second half of last season on loan at Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.

However, injuries limited him to just three league appearances for the German side.

Smith Rowe will have another chance to impress for the Terriers when they take on Cardiff City at home on Wednesday 12th February.
