Liverpool have confirmed the signing of midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai on a five-year contract.
The 22-year-old has become the Reds' second addition to the first-team squad of the summer, following in the footsteps of Alexis Mac Allister.
Szoboszlai's €70m (£60m) release clause was met by Liverpool on Friday and paved the way for the player to travel to England for medical tests ahead of this transfer being made official.
With a deal now over the line, Jurgen Klopp's squad is beginning to take shape as FSG continue the process of strengthening the area of the team that struggled so badly last season. The summer departures of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, James Milner and Naby Keita only added to the idea that a minimum of two new midfield arrivals were required.

A deal for Mac Allister was struck for an impressive £35m, with the £60m outlay on Szoboszlai taking the club's total spending to just under £100m to date. Such effective business is certainly impressive at a time whereby inflate prices have quickly become the norm, highlighted by the fee Arsenal are expected to pay to acquire Declan Rice.
Liverpool's rivals are more than aware the signing of Szoboszlai appears to be somewhat of a coup and some supporters have subsequently taken to social media to praise the Reds for striking this impressive deal.
