Barring an incredible, unforeseen reversal, Jon Gruden is going to succeed Jack Del Rio as the head coach of the Oakland Raiders.
Seemingly every gossiping coach in America is aware of the Raiders' imminent hire, Gruden has done nothing to contradict the Grumors in conversations with the Bay Area News Group, and Gruden's current employer, ESPN, isn't even pretending the Monday Night Football announcer isn't leaving to take over in Oakland.
This is happening.
