Diet-friendly cheesy garlic bread TikTok recipe goes viral

Staying on track on a diet can be really hard, especially when tasty foods are tempting you.

Having lower calorie alternatives of your favourite foods can really help.

TikTok user @nel_sw has put this into practice. Danielle's diet-friendly cheesy garlic bread looks delicious and is also low in calories.

It will take just over ten minutes to make and can't be any easier!

To make it, all you need is a low calorie wrap, some butter, lazy garlic or garlic puree and low fat cheese.

First of all, you melt one teaspoon of butter with as much garlic as you want in the microwave for a couple of seconds.

You can also use one calorie butter spray instead if you prefer.

Then paint the melted mixture onto your wrap and add 40g of 30% less fat grated cheese on top.

Cook this for around ten minutes in the oven on a medium heat.

Then add some basil on top and cut into pizza slices for the full takeaway effect!

The TikTok video has now been viewed by 190K users, and has been liked nearly 10,000 times.
