Diego Simeone has already told Chelsea exactly what they need to hear about Saul Niguez's versatility in midfield amid transfer rumours surrounding the midfielder.
The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, as well as reported interest from the likes of Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
After winning La Liga this season but starting just 22 matches, reports suggest that the midfielder is keen on a new challenge, having spent his entire career so far in the Spanish capital.
Chelsea are currently well-stocked in the midfield, with N'Golo Kante, Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic battling for two spots in a central duo since Thomas Tuchel's arrival in January.
There are also the likes of Billy Gilmour battling to get into the squad, while Mason Mount, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz could also play a role centrally.
And in the past, Simeone has stated what Saul offers to his team - and what could make him a great candidate at Stamford Bridge.
"It's clear that Saul has heard a thousand times what I think of him," Simeone said back in 2015.
"He has absolutely everything. He can play anywhere in the midfield, he can score, he can pass well.
"We will be very demanding, because we believe that being demanding is the only way to make players like him grow."
One of Chelsea's big London rivals Harry Kane has also previously commented on Saul, stating that the midfielder has "perfect" dribbling ability.
Kane was asked what abilities he would take from a number of players, and identified the Atletico Madrid star's class on the ball as an ideal weapon to add to his arsenal.
"Pogba's skills, Reus' amazing free-kicks, Saul [Niguez's] perfect dribbling, [Krzysztof] Piatek's intuition and [Gianluigi] Donnarumma's big arm span," the England captain said previously.
