The accusations then say Diddy took one of Notorious B.I.G.’s shirts from a clothing rack. In front of the plaintiff, Diddy reportedly started masturbating. The John Doe claims Diddy then told him to “finish” the act.
Before the plaintiff could respond or react, Diddy allegedly reached orgasm, ejaculating onto the shirt. After this, the lawsuit says Diddy laughed, threw the semen-covered shirt onto the plaintiff’s lap and arm, laughed again, said “RIP Biggie,” and then left the room, leaving the plaintiff to deal with what had just happened.
