Three out of four employees in the NGO sector are female but the majority of the leading roles are male dominated. Surprised? Maybe not, but this is just one of the figures shared through the hashtag #NGOfacts from the online community OnGood. The campaign encourages nonprofits and charities to increase awareness for their organisations by spreading interesting data about global development.
