Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas embraced parenthood after they welcomed their first child on January 15 this year. While it came as a major surprise for most of their fans and friends, it looks like the couple had been planning on having a child for quite some time as they had renovated their LA home to make it more ‘family friendly’.
According to an international publication, Priyanka and Nick were thinking about extending their family when they bought their lavish property in California. When they purchased the house, they had children in mind as they wanted a place with a lot of outdoor space and greenery.
The reports also further revealed that the couple spent months renovating their house after they moved in to make it more family-friendly.
PeeCee and Nick’s LA property is reportedly one of the most expensive properties in the neighbourhood which they had purchased for a whopping USD 20 million.
The couple tied the knot in a lavish-yet-private ceremony at Umaid Bhavan palace in Rajasthan in 2018, in presence of their family and close friends. Pictures from their fairytale wedding still do rounds on social media.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka was last seen in ‘The Matrix Resurrection’ where she essayed the role of Sati. The film received positive reviews from the audience and the critics alike.
Next, she has been roped in for Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ where she will be seen sharing the screen space with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt for the first time.
