Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary today. On the special occasion, we revisit an old interview of the American singer where he spilled the beans on how he popped the question to the Bollywood actress and her priceless reaction.
Sharing the details of the same, Nick said that he got on one knee and asked Priyanka if she will make him the happiest man in the world and marry him. The singer revealed that PeeCee took about 45 seconds to reply. According to him, there was 45 seconds of silence after he proposed to the actress. He also recalled telling her that he is going to put that ring on her finger unless she has any objections. Nick had proposed to Priyanka on a trip to Greece in 2018.
Nick and Priyanka got married in an intimate but lavish wedding ceremony at Umaid Bhavan Palace in Rajasthan with just their close friends and family in attendance. The couple honoured both Hindu and Christian rituals at their wedding. Pictures and videos from their dreamy wedding ceremony still do rounds on social media.
The actors embraced parenthood earlier this year after they welcomed their first child, a baby girl via surrogacy. They have named their daughter Malti Marie, as a tribute to their respective mothers. While Nick and PC have been giving their fans a sneak peek into Malti's pictures, they are yet to show her face to the world.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka will next be seen in Farhan Akhtar's 'Jee Le Zaraa' where she will be sharing the screen space with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif for the first time. Apart from this, she also has a web series named, 'Citadel' in her kitty.
