Did the nation’s No. 1 RB Zach Evans hint at a commitment to Georgia?

On Friday, 2-star 2020 defensive tackle Cade Brock committed to UGA.

Then, on Saturday, 5-star running back and number 6 overall 2020 player Zach Evans, whom the Dawgs have on their radar, congratulated Brock on his commitment. This understandably led many UGA fans to speculate that this could mean a commitment from Evans is on the way.

On May 28, Evans announced that the Dawgs were a part of his top 5 schools, and he is expected to make his decision in the coming weeks. UGA already gained the commitment of 5-star 2020 running back Kendall Milton, who announced his intentions to become a Dawg on July 29. Let’s hope this tweet from Evans is a sign that he’ll follow in Milton’s footsteps.

If you look at a few more of Evans’ recent tweets, it’s hard not to think he has Georgia on his mind…
