Did Super Bowl referees completely miss a false start call on the Rams during their game-winning drive?

So many people — including, probably, a lot of Cincinnati Bengals fans — are buzzing about the questionable pass interference call on the Los Angeles Rams’ 3rd-and-goal play that went incomplete and gave LA a fresh set of downs.

Eventually, the Rams would score and win the game — and a title — 23-20.

But there’s another questionable referee decision that’s being looked at on Monday morning: Did officials miss a blatant false start on the Rams before that play even began?

If you look at the replay — which I’ve done a few times on Monday — it sure does look like the Rams jumped right before the snap:
