Actor Salman Khan who lives in Bandra’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra with his family, is believed to be given one of his Mumbai properties on rent. Reportedly, this apartment is located on the 14th floor of Shiv Asthan Heights, Bandra West at Rs 95,000 for a month.

Offering a sprawling space of 756 square feet, Moneycontrol.com reported that documents show the agreement for the actor’s property was registered on December 6 with a tenure of 33 months, as per documents. Reportedly, the rentee has paid a deposit of Rs 2.85 lakh while signing the agreement that also mentions a 5% escalation clause.

Earlier, this year, seemingly Salman has finalised a rent agreement for a duplex close to his Bandra home. Reportedly, Salman Khan Ventures Private Limited has renewed a rent agreement for a duplex on the 17th and 18th floor of Bandra's Maqba Heights, which is owned by Baba Siddique and Zeeshan Siddique. The said property has been rented by Salman Khan for 11 months and is spread across 2,265 sq ft in carpet area. This leased duplex will reportedly be used as a writer's pad working for Salman Khan's firm.

Apart from these, the actor continues to own multiple properties in the city and outside.

On the work front, Salman was last seen in action-entertainer ‘Antim: The Final Truth’ with Aayush Sharma. The film performed remarkably well at the Box Office. He will next star in a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’ and will also be seen in ‘Tiger 3’, ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ and ‘Kick 2’.
