Diary of a Wimpy Kid Series by Jeff Kinney - review

There is perhaps one word to describe this series. Meh.

I know that there are many fans of this series, one of them myself, but these books have one thing in common: they are all incredibly boring. They are funny, in some parts, and good when you want a light, humorous read, but they are all pretty much the same.

Each book is the diary of Greg Heffley, an American teenager who at school is considered 'a wimp'. In each of them there is one event: snowed in, on holiday, etc... There is no plot in these books and, although myself and many other people enjoy them, there are books that are thousands of times better than this.
