Legendary singer Diana Ross has announced a huge new tour for 2020, including a date at the O2 in London on July 8.

The former Supremes singer will perform six shows in total across the UK, including dates at the First Direct Arena in Leeds and the Manchester Arena.

Tickets for the shows will go on sale at 9am on November 1. They will be available to buy here.

The full list of dates is below.

  • June 30 – Leeds First Direct Arena
  • July 1 – Liverpool M&S Bank Arena
  • July 3 – Manchester Arena
  • July 4 – Glasgow, The SSE Arena
  • July 6 – Birmingham Arena
  • July 8 – London, The O2

Ross announced the news of Twitter, writing: "I am in total appreciation of all. I’m feeling Great, life is so good. My love, my light is steady and constant. I focus on joy. I love looking at the energy all around me. I am so so so grateful."

Next year is already shaping up to be a big one for the singer, after she became the first act to be confirmed for Glastonbury earlier this month.

Ross first came to prominence as the lead singer of the Supremes – the most successful group on Motown and the best charting girl group the US has ever seen, with hits like Baby Love, Where Did Our Love Go and Stop! In the Name Of Love.

She went on to find huge success as a solo artist with the tracks such as Endless Love and I’m Coming Out, releasing a total of 24 studio albums.
