A definition of irony? Two of the photographers who featured in last week's TV documentary on the death of Princess Diana are to sue Channel 4 for using their images without permission - despite the programme having largely exculpated the paparazzi. According to ContactMusic.com, Fabrice Chassery and David Kerr have launched legal proceedings against the network, claiming to have pleaded with the producers not to use the photos. They say the images were taken as evidence by the French police and are meant to remain under "lock and key". (Via Editorial photographers UK)
