You need a Diablo 4 boss loot table to track down all the powerful unique items for your character's build. It's always important to gear your character properly as you ascend through the torment difficulty levels. Below you'll find the complete list of items for each boss in Season 10: Season of Infernal Chaos.

All of these bosses have a higher chance of dropping one of the ultra-powerful uber uniques, or mythic uniques, than anything else in the game.

Also note that, while the boss Belial doesn't have a specific loot table, you can choose any other boss loot table when you defeat him and you'll get a guaranteed ancestral unique with one or more greater affixes. Every boss also has a random chance to drop some uniques from other bosses now, too, though this random.

Every season Blizzard introduces new uniques for each class. Usually, these items are more powerful than the rest and target specific build archetypes.

Every Diablo 4 lair boss has a chance to drop items from the general unique loot table. These items aren't tied to any specific boss and many of them can be used by any class.

Lair keys required: 2 Betrayer's Husk

Belial sits at the top of the lair boss ladder. He's easily the toughest fight, so I'd only attempt him once you're comfortable facing the others. However, your hard work will pay off because he can drop some of the best items in the game.

His reward chest requires Betrayer's Husks to open, and those only drop from the lesser version of Belial who can invade you after killing any of the other lair bosses. If you're lucky enough to find those and kill him, his chest lets you choose which other lair boss you want items from. It also has a higher chance at dropping items with greater affixes and mythic uniques.

You can check the other bosses for their specific loot tables, but here's all the mythic uniques Belial can drop:

Lair keys required: 12 Malignant Hearts

Varshan hasn't left since the Season of the Malignant and will be one of the easier bosses you can fight in Torment 1. Killing elites and completing grim favors for Whispers (and killing the Grotesque Debtors who can spawn when you do) will reward you with Malignant Hearts to open Varshan's reward chest below the Tree of Whispers after you've defeated him.

Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint is available in Torment 1 and requires Living Steel earned from opening chests in Helltides to open his reward chest. The fight isn't much more difficult than Varshan, so he's a good one to fight early on.

To fight Lord Zir in at least Torment 1 or higher you need to kill world bosses, complete legion events, or defeat the Helltide blood maiden boss to acquire Exquisite Blood to open his reward chest.

Duriel is one of the tougher bosses in Torment 1 or higher, but he has double the chance to drop uber uniques, or mythic uniques as the others. You can open his reward chest with Shards of Agony, which are earned from Grigoire and Varshan.

Like Duriel, Andariel is one of the harder bosses in Torment 1 or higher, but she also can drop uber uniques, or mythic uniques, twice as often as the others. To open her reward chest, you need Pincushioned Dolls from Lord Zir and The Beast in the Ice.

The uncompromising leader of the Burnt Knights is only available to players with the Vessel of Hatred expansion. To open Urivar's reward chest, you'll need Judicator's Masks that you can get from a variety of sources, like world bosses and Tree of Whispers caches.
