A new lease deal has been signed with logistics firm DHL for an expanded warehouse in the West Midlands.
Logicor has agreed a tenancy for 219,112 sq ft of warehouse space at the Hams Hall Distribution Park in Coleshill, east of Birmingham.
The building, called Alpha 1, was previously let to automotive services firm AX which had in turn sub-let part of the site to DHL.
AX has now moved to a different building which has allowed DHL to expand into the entire premises in Canton Lane.
Anthony McCluskie, director of asset management with the site’s landlord Logicor, said: "We are delighted to further strengthen our long-term relationship with DHL by facilitating this new lease."
