Dharmendra’s first wife Prakash Kaur made a rare appearance in the city today. She was snapped with son Sunny Deol at the airport. The duo seemed to be heading out of Mumbai on Monday morning. Dressed in a grey suit, Prakash Kaur accompanied son Sunny Deol, who kept it casual in denims and T-Shirt. Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur have two sons – Sunny and Bobby Deol and two daughters - Vijeeta and Ajeeta.
In 1980, the charming actor went on to marry Bollywood’s dream girl Hema Malini. Interestingly, at that time, Dharmendra was labeled as a ‘womaniser’. Defending him, Dharmendra's first wife, Prakash Kaur had reportedly stated that nobody had the right to call the actor a ‘womaniser' and that any man would have preferred Hema over her.
On the work front, Dharmendra is all set to charm his fans with Kran Johar directed ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, which will be headlined by Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. Speaking about the romantic entertainer, the veteran actor had told BT, “I am just excited to work with a director like Karan Johar, who’s directed such lovely movies. When I heard the script, I felt like he’s written the role keeping me in mind. He also told me, ‘Dharam saab aap jaise ho real life mein, mujhe waise hi chahiye aap on screen’. So, I guess mujhe acting bilkul nahi karni padegi isme (laughs!).”
