Chongqing-based automaker DFSK has unveiled its E5 PLUS hybrid sport utility vehicle (SUV) at the International Automotive & Supply Chain Expo in Hong Kong, marking the global debut of the right-hand-drive (RHD) version.
The E5 PLUS, a family-oriented plug-in hybrid SUV built on the SERES Super Hybrid System, is designed to cater to diverse customer needs across international markets.
As one of the headline launches during the five-day automotive showcase that concluded on June 22, the E5 PLUS strengthens DFSK’s global portfolio by introducing a purpose-built, intelligent hybrid SUV tailored for RHD countries.
Beyond expanding its product lineup, the debut underscores DFSK’s evolution into a provider of integrated solutions, positioning itself as a global player in intelligent, green mobility.

Recognising the unique characteristics of RHD markets, particularly across Southeast Asia, the E5 PLUS RHD has been specifically optimised for regional driving conditions, weather patterns and user preferences.
