DFS is reopening another 88 showrooms this today, Friday May 29.
The furniture retailer reopened three of its branches last week but announced its plans to open the doors to more today.
Customers will be able to browse and shop in stores as normal but with social distancing measures in place.
Staff have also been trained on increased hygiene practices and the company will conduct temperature checks every morning. Shoppers will also find hand sanitiser stations around stores and there will be a limit on the number of people allowed inside at one time.
While customers are able to go to the store for a 'comfort test' on the product they wish to purchase, they are also being asked to complete their order over the phone, through live chat or on the DFS website.
They have also introduced an appointment service for customers who want to seek advice and purchase furniture as quickly and efficiently as possible.
