A devoted Scot is offering a ‘life line’ for people in lock down by bringing them sunshine every day.
Adrian Hunter is recording beautiful sun rises and sets every day so those in isolation have a reason to get up in the morning.
It comes as the coronavirus crisis forces people indoors over fears they may become infected as the death toll continues to increase.
The 52-year-old wakes up at half four every morning with his dog Polly to share the breathtaking views from his home in Gourock.

He believes the live streams are offering people hope and positivity during 'uncertain times'.
Adrian said: “When all this started I thought a lot of people are trapped in doors and they don’t have great views, I’m very lucky I’ve got a great one.
“People feel very isolated so thought I'd love to stream it and then I noticed I was getting thousands of views, it was working.

“I’m getting lots of messages from people saying they set their clocks to watch the stream and it makes them feel better.
“I'd prefer not to get up that early but I do enjoy doing it, I’m not just helping other people but I’m helping myself as well."
The photographer, who once suffered anxiety so bad he couldn't leave the house, was inspired after filming the stunning landscapes helped him with his own mental health.
He has been left thrilled to get messages from people ‘all over the world’ telling him the views are helping them as well.

“I was feeling a lot of anxiety issues and finding it hard to leave the house.
“I wanted to do something constructive.
“I don’t know if it is a lifeline for other people but it is for me so I want to share that and hopefully others benefit."
