The first score of the game for the Patriots belonged to Devin McCourty. He managed to intercept Russell Wilson following a tipped pass from Seahawks tight end Greg Olsen. His interception of the pass led to a touchdown.

Following the pick-six, McCourty went to a nearby camera, and dedicated the interception to White White is inactive for Sunday’s game.

For McCourty that was his first interception of the season. Aside from it being his first of the season, it was clear that interception was extra special on this night.
