This is the charred remains of a Scots charity after a horror blaze that had fire fighters on the scene for 10 hours.
Paisley YMCA on William Street fell victim to a deliberate fire attack that extensively damaged the property they share with another charity and engineering firm.
It is understood that something was thrown through a window - starting the blaze around 12.45am on Wednesday morning.
The YMCA has served the community for 20 years and members have been left devastated by the deliberate attack at their base.

Chairperson Jim Molson said he had never seen anything like it before and couldn't understand why anyone would want to harm a charity that serves the community.
He said: "It's not us that will suffer - it's the people we work with and the community we serve.
"Although we do a lot of work through Facebook and Zoom, a lot of members really benefit from face to face.
"A lot of people will be disappointed.
"Various people have asked and been asked 'do you know anyone who could be holding a grudge'? No one does.
"The YMCA is a family, not just in Paisley but across the whole world. We've been here for a really long time and never seen anything like it before. We've no idea of anyone who would hold a grudge.
"You take it quite personally when things like this happen. It is the young people and adults we support who will really be affected.
"Thank god nobody was hurt - that was my first thought - if it had been during the day and in occupation then it doesn't bare to think about."
There is currently thought to be extensive smoke and electrical damage but experts are yet to properly examine the building to give a more accurate picture of the damage.
The charity had been "really looking forward" to eventually get back into the base so they were able to continue their vital work.

Even if coronavirus guidelines change and all volunteers to meet face to face, it is likely the damage caused by the attack will cause further delays.
Currently the Paisley branch of the YMCA is operating remotely and meeting online as they "try their very best" to support their members.
The devastating blaze won't stop them for serving the Paisley community.
Jim added: "We will not allow this to stop us doing the work we do.
"I'm just so disappointed and feel for the people who are going to miss out on some things."
The charity is looking for new members as well as board members and can be contacted on their website.
Cops have launched a manhunt to find the people responsible and are urging anyone with information to get in touch.
