Detox festival in East Lothian this Saturday will have yoga, massages, flower crown making and more

Feeling like you need a detox from the wild weekends? Head to East Lothian this Saturday.

Detox, Health and Beauty Festival is returning to Archerfield Walled Gardens (May 12) from 10am-5:30pm.

There will be everything you would expect from a retreat, with different zones to suit your every need, including complimentary treatments, workshops and fitness classes.

From the retreat zone showcasing aerial bodywork to the treatment tent where you can experience some acupuncture, your body will thank you.

If you're into your fitness, you can try out yoga and pilates classes with Lululemon, with various classes on throughout the day.

After practising your downward dog, you can try your hand at making beautiful flower crowns or hide away in a yurt learning about the power of crystals.

There will also be a range of plant based pop-ups, including Hendersons of Edinburgh, Faceplant Foods and Alice's Pantry, to satisfy your cravings all day long.
