Details surrounding Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell’s contract

The Vikings brought back wide receiver Laquon Treadwell after placing Chad Beebe (ankle) on the IR.

Per Ben Goessling of the Star Tribune, Treadwell’s salary is at $720,000 for the year, which prorates to $592,941.

And Goessling brings up a great point . . . In total, Treadwell occupies $3.1 million from the team cutting him combined with his new salary. Fun times!

I doubt we’ll see a whole lot of Treadwell on Sunday against the Bears, especially with the Vikings electing to go with more and more two tight-end sets.

Per Spotrac, Treadwell has made more than $9 million during his career.
