The Cleveland Browns have handsomely rewarded Greg Robinson to be the team’s starting left tackle in 2019.
According to reports from several sources, including Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Robinson will earn $7 million in base salary on his one-year contract with the Browns. He can also earn up to $2 million more in unspecified incentive clauses in the deal.
The one-year deal rewards Robinson for his strong finish to the 2018 season and provides a track for a longer-term deal if he performs well once again. He earned just $790,000 for his work with Cleveland last season.
