Everton have confirmed the club's next general meeting of the shareholders will take place in January.
And the Blues have this evening also said the annual accounts, which will cover the 2019-20 season up until the end of June, will be made public within the next four weeks.
The general meeting will then follow on Thursday, January 14 at 6pm and it will be held virtually this year, given the restrictions over gatherings due to the coronavirus crisis.
Usually, the club's board and majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri make a presentation and field questions from shareholders at the Philharmonic Hall.
But this year's GM will be held online with Everton set to provide further details closer to the January date.
The accounts covering the 2018-19 season saw the club report record losses of almost £112m.
