Cilla Black is to be buried in her home city of Liverpool next week.
The legendary entertainer’s funeral will take place on 20th August at St Mary’s Church. It will be officiated by The Right Reverend Thomas Williams, Auxiliary Bishop of Liverpool.
Following the funeral, her body will be laid to rest as part of a private ceremony in Allerton Cemetery, where her parents are buried.
Black’s representative said further details would be made public "once all the preparations have been finalised".
A statement said: "Once again the family have asked for their privacy to be continually respected at this difficult time."
Black was a regular fixture on the music scene in Liverpool, and went on to find fame in the 1960’s as a singer and performer before becoming a TV host.
She died of a stroke last month after falling over at her Spanish home.
