Nottingham Forest have made their sixth signing of the summer, with Albert Adomah putting pen to paper – and Reds fans have been having their say on the new arrival.
Former Aston Villa winger Adomah has as a free agent, agreeing a two-year deal with Sabri Lamouchi’s side.
The 31-year-old played a key part in helping Villa clinch promotion to the Premier League via the play-offs last season – including starting against Derby County in the final at Wembley - before being released when his contract expired.
And Forest supporters will be hoping he can do the same for them as they look to mount a top six challenge when the new campaign gets underway.
Sammy Ameobi, Tiago Silva, Alfa Semedo, Yuri Ribeiro and Arijanet Muric have already been added to the ranks this summer, and Adomah will link up with his new teammates ahead of travelling to Greece for a training camp later this week.
The Ghana international could make his debut in the Garibaldi at the weekend, when Lamouchi’s men face Atromitos in a friendly, with a clash against Olympiacos to come next Tuesday.
Here’s what Reds fans have been saying on Twitter about the club’s latest piece of transfer business.
