A woman who says her breasts are so big they each weigh more than a bag of sugar is desperate to have them reduced in size.
Marie Wilmot's 32GG breasts have caused her to struggle for years with constant back and shoulder pain, heat rashes and general discomfort.
The 29-year-old has also suffered depressive and anxious episodes caused by the mental strain of body dysmorphia, the Liverpool Echo reports.
Marie - whose breasts weigh in at more than an average pack of sugar at roughly 1.29kg each - has been forced to stopped exercising and wearing the clothes she likes.
"The problems started in my late teens," she explained.
"It started with pain and unwanted attention, and then the self-consciousness of that then led to diagnosed body dysmorphia.
"I get stabbing pains in my shoulder blades and general back pain, along with very painful rashes in the heat. I'd like to say it's something you get used to, but it isn't.
"I cannot wear tight fighting clothing or tops that show cleavage outside of the house. If I do, it causes panic attacks and constant anxiety."
Marie, who lives in Tuebrook, Merseyside, said she was a size 8, bra size FF, until her mid 20s before her breasts became too big for her to exercise.
She said the weight then started to 'build up' and she is now a size 16.
The 29-year-old is now hoping to raise enough money for breast reduction surgery, including consultation fees, aftercare and rent for a month while she is unable to work.
She claims to have been denied a breast reduction on the NHS three times already.
She said: "I've wanted the surgery since I hit 20, I'm now 29. The NHS has denied me three times since then for all sorts of reasons, so I've been left with swallowing my pride and asking for help from others.
"I can't even describe how much it would improve my life. I'd be able to be social again without feeling self-conscious. I'd be able to hug people without feeling uncomfortable.
"I'd even be able to wear a seatbelt properly again! Little things that people don't have to worry about."
