Cops have launched a desperate search for a missing Scot who was last seen at a petrol station.

Scott Lyon vanished after last being seen at around 11.30pm on Wednesday, November 3.

The 32-year-old had been at a petrol station in Queenswell Road in Forfar.

He is described as white, 5 ft 5 in height, of slim build, with grey eyes, dark unkempt hair and a beard.

He was last seen wearing a dark hooded top with orange/grey piping around the collar.

Scott is described by police as a 'vulnerable' person and anyone with information is being urged to come forward.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers consider Scott to be vulnerable and so would ask anyone who knows where he is or who has any information that will help trace him to contact officers at Perth Police Station via 101.
