Desperate search for missing Scots woman Jessica Snydrova as concern expressed for welfare

Cops have launched a desperate search for a missing Scots woman amid growing concern for her welfare.

Jessica Snydrova was reported missing to police on Sunday, October 24.

The 23-year-old was last seen in the Woodburn area of Dalkeith at around 10pm on Saturday, October 23.

She is known to visit Calton Hill and the Princes Street Gardens area of Edinburgh. Jessica also occasionally attends Heart of Midlothian Football matches.

She is described as female, white, 5ft 2ins in height, slim build and with short dark hair.

She has a large guitar tattoo on her back and was last seen wearing black leggings and a light grey hooded jumper with black trainers.

She may also have a tablet device.

Jessica speaks Polish and English but is described by family as having an American-sounding accent when talking in English.

Cops say they are growing "increasingly concerned" for her welfare and urge anyone with information to come forward.

Any members of the public who have information as to the whereabouts of Jessica is asked to call Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 1802 of 24th October.
