Designer flatware for just $20? I can't gatekeep this gorgeous set at such an incredible price any longer

Cutout of gold and silver cutlery set.

I'll never get tired of shopping for gorgeous tableware. A truly show-stopping tablescape starts with investing in one of the best cutlery sets. A chic find like the two-tone kitchen flatware set from Target's Threshold collection, designed with Shea McGee is an absolute gift, especially at just $20 for a set.

While any table will be transformed by a statement cutlery set or a few choice pieces of heirloom silver, sets like this are elegant, versatile and – crucially – affordable. Every avid host knows how to set a table, but carefully considered additions like these are guaranteed to get your guests talking.

I've seen mixed metals everywhere lately, and the Target x Studio McGee two-tone kitchen flatware set is the perfect opportunity to incorporate them into my table settings.

The set is also a brilliant example of transitional tableware: it can be styled for fall, of course, but I'll be making use of it right through both Thanksgiving and Christmas, since the two-tone design brings such a luxe twist.

At just $20, the two-tone kitchen flatware set includes five pieces of cutlery: a knife, fork, spoon, salad fork and teaspoon. Each piece is crafted from stainless steel, with a flat handle in a gleaming gold tone.

The set immediately caught my eye thanks to its contrasting finish. It's strikingly contemporary and yet reliably understated, and the rectangular handles lend a particularly high-end feel, which is perfect for more formal occasions.

The two-tone kitchen flatware set is guaranteed to bring some visual interest to your table, and it works well with a mid-century modern look. Since my fall table decor ideas usually lean towards subtle gold accents, I can't wait to 'mix and match this set with plenty of gold and silver pieces for an eclectic vibe.

This flatware set is guaranteed to elevate even the simplest of design schemes. In fact, after spotting the Magnolia fall table setting hack, which is all about pared-back tablescapes and meticulously-chosen accessories, I'm even more excited to get my hands on it.
