Designers clothes, jewelry and handbags have been found in a raid on a Dublin seaside home.

Gardai from the Ballymun Divisional Taskforce carried out a search operation yesterday on a house in Malahide as part of Operation Thor and Tara.

During the search, they found the clothing and accessories which are believed to have been bought with money from crime.

A man in his 20s was also arrested in connection with the find.

Posting pictures of the clothing on social media, gardai said: "As part of Operation Thor and Operation Tara, Gardaí from the Ballymun Divisional Taskforce carried out a search of a property in Malahide yesterday.

"€90,000 worth of designer clothes, handbags and jewelry was seized during the search, as these items were believed to be obtained from the proceeds of crime.
