Design your own pasta pop-up PAZZA coming to Leeds city centre restaurant

A pizza restaurant in the heart of Leeds city centre has joined forces with a pasta specialist, who will soon begin serving dishes to customers.

PAZZA is a brand new concept, but rather than opening a restaurant of its own, it will set up a pop-up station in MOD Pizza on Bond Street.

Customers will be able to either choose from a slimmed-down menu of seven choices or effectively create their own dishes from a range of fresh ingredients.

The "make your own" pasta concept is similar to MOD Pizza’s custom offering, with people able to get their first taste of the new pasta pop-up from Friday, February 14.

People walking through Leeds city centre will also be able to get their hands on free PAZZA pasta outside MOD Pizza on launch day.

If you miss out on sample dishes on Friday, February 14, you'll have a second chance of getting your hands of freebies the next day (Saturday, February 15) on Briggate.
