Fifa have their faults, but producing great World Cup posters every four years is not one of them. The next tournament will be with us in 32 short months, so the governing body have released their official emblem and posters for the 11 host cities in 2018. As you can see below, the posters are shaping up well. The emblem, however, is not. It was inspired by “Russia’s rich artistic tradition and its history of achievement and innovation,” but it looks more like a peanut, an electric razor and Roger from American Dad.
