The actress, who has been making her mark in Hollywood, stepped out today to co-host a pre-Oscar event in Beverly Hills, that celebrates South Asian excellence in film.
Looking like a million bucks, the actress bewitched onlookers with her stunning all-black avatar for the evening. PeeCee decked up in a shimmery black saree paired with a strapless blouse.
At the event, the actress took centre-stage to reminisce her Hollywood journey and recall her first meeting with fellow "brown" actor Aziz Ansari.
"I haven't been stepping up much these days, but I had to come here tonight just to say that I am highly proud to be rubbing shoulders with all of you and to be encouraging you," the new mom said.

The party was co-hosted by Mindy Kaling, Kumail Nanjiani among others.
Several South Asian actors and directors were expected to attend the bash, including Oscar nominees Riz Ahmed and 'Writing With Fire' director Rintu Thomas.
Priyanka welcomed her first child with her husband Nick Jonas early this year. The baby that was born via surrogacy reportedly came 12 weeks early. Months after announcing the birth of the little one, Priyanka has yet to reveal her baby's gender and name.
On the work front, the actress has signed a couple of Hollywood films and is also expected to make her Bollywood return with Farhan Akhtar's directorial 'Jee Le Zaraa' co-starring Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
