Deshaun Watson’s latest cryptic tweet has NFL fans buzzing

The last NFL offseason gave us a few cryptic Deshaun Watson tweets.

There was him tweeting lyrics from Drake about “iconic duos rip and split at the seams” that could be nothing or could have been about the Houston Texans trading DeAndre Hopkins. There was “Don’t deal with the lies and the frauds,” some lines from Lil Uzi Vert.

Late on Tuesday night, there was this one, just four words and an ellipsis: “Some things never change …”

It had the NFL world buzzing. Was he tweeting about something related to the Texans? Something about the Georgia senatorial elections? Just stirring up some drama?

The timing is coincidental with the Texans hiring former New England Patriots director of player personnel Nick Caserio. Is Watson concerned that the franchise hired another ex-Patriot?

Unless he shares some light on this one, we’ll have no idea. But if Watson is unhappy with the Texans, it’s going to be an even rougher offseason than the last one.
