A third masseuse has filed a lawsuit against Deshaun Watson, claiming in the suit that Watson “sexually assaulted and harassed” her “by forcing her to perform oral sex.”
Two other masseuses filed lawsuits against Watson earlier this week with similar claims. Both of those suits accuse Watson of touching the women with his penis.
Houston-area lawyer Tony Buzbee wrote on Instagram late Wednesday night that he would be filing six cases total against Watson. Buzbee represents the three women that have filed so far.
All three suits listed on the Harris County district clerk’s site describe similar behavior. Watson finds the woman on Instagram, the woman is surprised because she has minimal experience working with professional athletes, Watson exposes himself to the woman and forces her to touch his genitals.
The third lawsuit describes the most aggressive behavior by the quarterback.
“Watson instructed her to slide her hand across his genitals,” the suit says. “Plaintiff started shaking at this point and Watson clearly knew she was afraid... Watson kept coercing and intimidating Plaintiff and it was at this point that Watson coerced Plaintiff to move her mouth towards his penis, forcing Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him.
“Plaintiff did not consent to any of this conduct. Plaintiff blacked out for a few minutes from the fear. Plaintiff was confused and terrified.”
All three suits say that they’re for the “minimum jurisdictional limits” and simply seek to make Watson’s alleged behavior public. Buzbee wrote on Instagram that that minimum was $500.
Watson called the suits “baseless” on Wednesday.
