A run-down woodland property on an historic woodland estate has been put up for sale.
Redwoods is a large detached house tucked away in a wooded area of the Llanbedr Hall estate, near Ruthin.
While it may have been a sophisticated upmarket home back in the day, years of disuse have taken their toll, with the four bedroom house now in desperate need of some TLC.
As it stands, the individually-designed house - which stands on the slopes of the Clwydian Range - will be a big project for whoever meets the £275,000 asking price.

Most of the interior has already been stripped bare. The house appears to have been empty for years, with some old remnants like the stair lift still in place.
The bathroom looks like it's been frozen in time with its garish pink fittings and black floor to ceiling wall tiles. The kitchen also dates back a good few decades.
That said, the rest of the house is mostly a blank canvas and there's clearly a lot of potential to work with here both inside and out, as the pictures show.
There's plenty of scope to transform the wooded grounds, which cover 0.81 acres of land on the estate, into something special as well.
