DeSean Jackson returns to Eagles practice amid optimism he’ll play vs. Bears

Whether he’ll be used in a starring role or as a decoy has yet to be decided, but DeSean Jackson’s return to practice in full uniform was a welcomed sight on Wednesday. Eagles head coach Doug Pederson confirmed that Jackson would be rejoining his teammates and the Birds star wideout is back along with Darren Sproles.

Avonte Maddox also returned to practice for the first time since suffering a concussion and neck injury weeks ago.

On Wednesday, Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz was excited in describing what Jackson’s return will mean to the team.
