A man was killed in a crash Sunday near the border of Mount Prospect and Des Plaines.
Alejandro Arzeta, 46, was involved in a collision about 7:13 p.m. at West Golf Road and South Elmhurst Road, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
He was pronounced dead about 1 a.m. Monday at Lutheran General Hospital, the medical examiner’s office said. He lived in Des Plaines.
An autopsy found Arzeta died of multiple injuries from a motor vehicle collision, the medical examiner’s office said. His death was ruled an accident.
Des Plaines police are investigating.
