TV and radio host Dermot O'Leary has revealed the name of his newborn son on his BBC Radio 2 show.
Dermot, who has welcomed his first child with wife Dee Koppang, told listeners the name of their baby boy as he shared the song that was playing when he arrived into the world.
"My son came into the world about ten days ago accompanied by my favourite band Guy Garvey's Elbow," said Dermot.
"So forgive this moment of brief self-indulgence while we play the song that accompanied that.
"So this is for you Kasper with a K - my wife is very insistent on that."
"Kasper Koppang O'Leary welcome to the world" said proud dad as he pressed play on the Elbow anthem One Day Like This.
Dermot opened his show with The Beatles I'm Only Sleeping, an appropriate reference to the sleepless nights now that he's a dad.
Dermot, 46, and Dee, 41, shared the news of their son's birth on Instagram with a super-sweet snap of a rabbit baby comforter alongside a white baby grow suit with the slogan 'Koppang O'Leary Productions Est. 2020.'
They wrote: "Welcome to the world baby Koppang O’Leary ... We’re delighted to announce that we’ve had a baby!
"A little boy born on Tuesday 23rd June 2020 (Sankthansaften/Midsummer for you Norwegians) at 8.19am, weighing in at 6lb 13oz.
"Enjoying the cuddles in the newborn bubble... cats yet to be 100% convinced. Lots of love, Dermot & Dee x"
The couple announced the exciting news that they had a baby on the way in February.
X Factor host Dermot and his TV producer wife met 18 years ago.
They tied the knot in September 2012 at St Mary's Church in Chiddingstone, Kent.
