Heart of Midlothian head coach Derek McInnes has been crowned the Premiership's Manager of the Month for August.
The former Kilmarnock and Aberdeen manager was appointed at Tynecastle this summer after the sacking towards the end of last season of Neil Critchley. He left his post at Rugby Park to take up the offer.
Hearts have been unbeaten in the league under his stewardship, beating Aberdeen, Dundee United and Livingston while drawing with Motherwell, fighting back from three goals down. That leaves them second in the table, only behind Celtic on goal difference.

That has seen the 54-year-old pick up the first Scottish Premiership Glen’s Manager of the Month award of the season, announced today.
“It’s nice to win an award but it’s really all about the team’s performance,” said McInnes.
“We’ve had a good start and hopefully we can build on it. But any individual award is down to good staff and players, and the team doing well.”
