Derek Carr hasn’t been traded by the Las Vegas Raiders yet.
But the moment reports dropped that the franchise would indeed start to look into dealing the QB drafted by the Raiders in 2014, Carr delivered a tweet with a long, emotional message to fans, a preemptive goodbye that assumes he’s as good as gone (maybe the Raiders release him if they can’t trade him?).
He spoke about how he didn’t get to say goodbye in person (since he was benched for the final two games of Vegas’s season) and the “roller coaster” that they’ve all experienced.
